About the Owner

Patricia Toogood is a noted ceramics and jewelry artist with a refreshing, eye-catching style all to her own.  It is only within the last year that she expanded her explosive creativity to explore the world of jewelry, each object an original work of art, and all pieces lovingly handcrafted to reflect the natural world.  For 20 years she has been creating ceramic objects of beauty and whimsy, including a memorable line of ceramic owls, penguins, seals, frogs and eagles.  Her extraordinary originality and signature style created a line of primitive masks that have found home as centerpiece artworks in homes across the country.  She has two grown children, five grandchildren and lives with her author husband in Darien, CT.
